Kitchen extract canopies Grease and residue are cleared from canopy interiors, filters, plenums and horizontal extract runs serving commercial kitchens in new and refurbished buildings.
Air handling units Coils, fans, filters and internal surfaces are cleaned and checked so plant starts up without carrying dust through the rest of the system.
Fume and welding extraction Ductwork serving welding bays, plant rooms and laboratory fume cupboards is cleaned and left ready for testing and commissioning.
Local exhaust ventilation LEV systems on machinery and benches are cleaned internally, with access points agreed with the principal contractor before work starts.
Post-handover maintenance We return on a scheduled basis to keep ductwork, canopies and plant clear once the building is in use, on terms agreed with the facilities team.
